He coordinated with clients to understand their requirements, collaborated with other developers to design and implement features, and used Oracle BRM v7.3 as billing and rating core with Business logic in C++ and Oracle 10g in the back-end. He also created reusable solutions, automation tools in shell scripting and Perl, and achieved organized, optimized, and well-documented source code with high quality and within timelines. Syed holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Institute of Engineering & Technology.
